Some More Pics of Kev and Us

These were taken on Jan 2 of this year. Kev was heading back to Ft Leonard Wood in Missouri, where he would leave for Jump School (Airborne) within a couple of weeks. We were just goofing off at the airport.

I wish I could have kept him home somehow...

I know you do. But it's BECAUSE Kevin is the man you described him as that he went.

Thanks for the pictures, it helps to know who I'm praying for. :)

Leslie, the old adage that a picture is worth a thousand words, was never more true, when one looks at these. Love within a strong family.

Would we could keep our children in a protective bubble at all times, safe from all hurts, all pain. But, as Jan said, it is because you raised Kevin the way you did, that he did go, and now is fighting each day to be with you and Breezy.

Thank you for the pictures. What a guy! What a family! Love, hugs and prayers, always.

Be strong Leslie and Breezy.
Your petunias are growing leaps and bounds and this is my sign that Kevin is and will continue to do the same. All your friends in the TH send their love and prayers and want updated daily on Kev's condition and how you are doing.
Good News, your HOME is safe and sound with us!
Luv
Mary

Thanks for the pics. I hope and pray that on his next birthday you'll be taking more pics of him pretty well recovered.

I live in Armstrong Cty, PA and have been reading your blog every day since the Post Gazette did their article. Take care of yourselves too. Sounds like Kevin has great medical people helping take care of him, and the two of you being there has to mean tons to him.

Hang in there.....

We are praying for Kevin and also for you and Breezy. We think of you everyday and how difficult all of this is. Remember there are alot of people praying hard . God is in control even when it doesn't seem like it. Stay strong. Jay, Diana Weibel and boys

I Love You Leslie! Give Breezy a hug and tell Kevin he is in good hands.....that's it's okay to rest and heal and to take his time.
There are so many people loving and caring for the three of you that I'm sure not a moment is going by without a thought and a prayer being said for each of you around the clock.
Prayer changes things..."All things work together for the good of those who love and serve the Lord!"
Think of all the people who drop by your Blog and take a moment to tell you that they are praying and thinking of Kevin, Breezy and you Leslie!
This is true Love and Service in it's purest form.
The pictures are adorable of the three of you! How wonderful you are and selfless to share them with everyone! You are remarkable!

Leslie, you are an amazing woman. I found your blog through a scrappy website. I just read through every single post since "the incident." It is so difficult to imagine one family going through so much. Hang in there. You are in my thoughts, and I will continue to send positive vibes to you, Kevin, and Breezy. Kevin is in there! Hang in there!

I love these pictures! I'm glad you posted them. I love to see people in their natural state just being happy and goofing off. I pray for you, Breezy, and Kev every day & he was on my mind all day July 6th. It does hurt to think that he didn't get to celebrate his bday the way he shouldve, but hopefully next year he can make up for it. The Sunday before his birthday, I was at church and we do this thing called "sharing of joys and concerns" and we pray together as a church family. Well, just wanted to let you know, that we prayed together for you, Breezy, and Kev. Two days later I read your blog and it said that he went to stage9. Incredible!!! I couldn't believe my eyes. That was awesome!!! Anyways, you all are always in my thoughts and in my prayers. I've been doing what I can to help out. I printed off all of the benefit events being held to raise money and I'm trying to volunteer but with my work schedule it makes it hard, but hopefully something works out. I was going to talk to my general manager at work and see if I could set up a can to help collect. I don't know. Let me know what I can do. I WANT to do something.Ok. Take care! Love always, Nicolette Loose! <3

Leslie,

Thank you for sharing these wonderful images.

The look on the faces of all three of you show nothing but pure LOVE.

Thank you for sprinkling these here and there throughout your blog. It sure is great to see all three of you.

You look so happy together.

Enjoy your week with Moe visiting you, Brianna and Kevin.

I think about all of you throughout the day and sometimes even in the middle of the night. You are always on my mind.

May God continue to be by your side and keep you strong. All of the emotions that you are feeling are so normal.

Remember..HE never leaves us.
