To be honest, I am just too tired to post tonight. It's been a long couple of days as I am at the hospital longer than I was while in Texas. It's just exhausting.
But on a good note - my dinner was fantastic (if I do say so myself, lol).
So I will check in more tomorrow night. Nothing really happened today anyway as it was a holiday so it looks like everything will truly get started tomorrow. Will check in then.
PS: Jessica - Breezy actually got here before I did. She wasn't even given any time to pack. They called her and told her to leave immediately or she would miss her flight. So she was here at least 3 hours before us.

I bet the dinner was fantastic, God knows you deserve it after all of this time and the last few days. Can't wait to hear about Kevin and his progress as the next stage of rehab gets started!
I've been following along since this your blog was posted on a community for servicemembers and their families on Livejournal.com and it is always inspiring to read how things are coming along and see your strength as you deal with this.

Hey there Leslie, Breezy & Kevin!! SOOOOOO glad you made it to Tampa!! I was away for a couple of days - I turn on the computer this morning and of course your blog is the first thing I visit in the morning. It brought tears to my eyes reading about how well Kevin is doing there, despite all of the mishaps. And many tears ran down my face when I read about him hugging you in the ambulance. How incredible that must have been for you.
And to read that you're eating real food - wahoo!!! Good home cookin' is good for the soul.
Well I just wanted to check in with you all and say hi, and to let you know that you are all in my thoughts and my prayers every single day. And that you always will be! Hang in there everyone - I know there's a long way to go on the trip, but please know that we are all out here praying for you and praying with you. Every step of the way!! Sorry haven't posted for awhile. Been keeping up on Kev's progress, tho. All sounds so great. You are one very strong woman & passionate mother. You have done such a remarkable job making sure Kevin's progress is succeeding. Everything you are doing is going to be the best. I am sure the therapists are going to be very impressed at all the different items you tried with Kev. Keep up the great work!!! So happy you are in Florida now. The future looks brighter everyday!

Leslie, my cousin lives just south of Tampa in Sarasota. I told her all about you, and she actually remembers Kevin from our house when she was home a few years back for Riverfest.
